Okay, I will tell you this guy was one of my big inspirations for running a marathon. I read his book (well I haven’t finished it yet), but he’s just awesome. He ran 52 marathons in one year. Yes, that is one a week. Well, he’s been nominated for the Energizer Keep Going Hall of Fame. If he wins $5000 goes to the charity of his choice. So I told him I’d plug him over on my usual spots. (He’s also the race director of the marathon I’m running in August.)
Anyway here’s a link to vote 2009 Finalist
His name is Dane Rauschenberg. Here’s a link to his blog as well if your looking for motivation and I highly recommend his book. It’ll motivate anybody.

Okay, got a freebie for you all. I made this for the shop I was going to do and I hate to see it go to waste. Of course I will probably add this to my mom’s shop at some point in time, but for now it’s a freebie. I thought it turned out cute so I hope you like it. I still like to give you all freebies.

I’ve been busily training for my marathon so I haven’t had as much time to digital scrapbook, but I do actually have a couple kits done. I need to get previews done for them, but other than that they are ready to go. If I have some quiet time this weekend I will get them up and who knows I may give you all a freebie too. In fact, I think I just might do that. I also have a third kit I WAS working on, but I can’t find my external hard drive that has all the files on it. I have no idea how I could have lost it. I think my kids had something to do with it, but I am really irritated about it. Anyhow, I’ll try to get those kits posted for you this weekend if I can.

Sorry it’s taken me so long to fix them. I didn’t realize the files had been deleted. I have no idea how that happened, but I’m reuploading them to 4shared and editing the links on the safari kit and the butterfly princess kit. If you’ve tried to download them go ahead and try again. They should be right by the end of tonight.

I made this page for a challenge over at Justmommies digital scrapbook forum. This isn’t using one of my kits, but I like using other people’s stuff too. This was a movie theme challenge. I had fun with this one so figured I’d share it. Glad to be back scrapping again.

I am designing again! Yay! And I’ve found a home. I’m looking for a second shop, but have decided to start designing for my mom’s shop. She’s got a small shop, but I decided I would add my kits to her site. Anyhow to kick off my designing again I am giving out a freebie sampler of my newest kit. This sampler will be available for the rest of May. That should give people plenty of time to download the sampler. I included 5 papers and all elements shown in the sampler.

Sorry I have all but abandoned my blog. I have been super busy and just haven’t been scrapping lately. I am training for my first marathon – see my other blog if you’re interested in following that http://mamawantsasixpack.wordpress.com. Anyhow, I am going to try and get some stuff done on this blog soon. Maybe some more freebies. We’ll see. I am very sorry about some of the kits not being able to download. I haven’t had time to look into that. I uploaded everything to 4shared ages ago. I will have to look and see on those. I am going to give it my best effort to make some pages or something in the next week. Stay tuned from me.

If I get some time I am going to make some type of freebie since I haven’t made one in forever, but wanted to share some of the pages that I’ve made recently.
